We design and source our own branded consumer products for sale through our own online store to customers in the United States. We are not a marketplace reseller; the brand, the specification and the customer relationship are ours.

We work with small and mid-sized companies that need capable help without adding headcount — advising on direction, running growth work, or taking day-to-day operational load off the founders.
Consumer products
Every item carries our own brand and specification, which means the quality, the packaging and the after-sales experience are ours to answer for.
Each product starts with a written specification — materials, dimensions, finish, compliance requirements — before we approach suppliers. Manufacturers are selected on documented capability rather than price alone.
We review physical samples and agree quality standards in writing before any production run is placed.
Identity, packaging and product presentation are developed in-house. Packaging is treated as part of the product rather than an afterthought: it protects the item in transit and carries the information a customer needs.
Product descriptions state what the item is and what it does, without overstatement.
Business services
Scope is agreed in writing before an engagement begins, with defined deliverables and a fixed fee or retainer.
Working with owners and management on the decisions that are hard to make from inside the business: which market to enter, how to structure an offer, where the operating model is leaking time or margin.
Engagements typically start with a short diagnostic and end with a written recommendation the client can act on without us.
Positioning, messaging and the channels that carry them. We help companies say what they do clearly, then build the acquisition work around it — paid and organic, with reporting the client actually reads.
